HPL – High Potentials Leadership is a Leadership and Management training program with advanced training technology delivered under immersion with a total duration of 14 months. 

It also provides accurate diagnostics of potential leadership flaws, and also enables the development and creation of corporate cultural flexibility, which is essential to adapt to constant change and anticipate business needs, as well as to explore leadership styles and paths that can directly affect driving and the direction of the management of a company.
