The MBM Business School was founded in March 2001 with the purpose of educating and updating people who are constantly seeking to develop themselves as human beings and also to achieve their goals and boost their companies’ results.

In 2005, the focus of MBM pended even more to corporate education, attracting business owners, CEOs, and professionals through a methodology that aspired to be a great and unique model of leadership and corporate governance allowing our clients to achieve significant results.

It is a company with a great methodological know-how, capable of providing consistent transformations through real and systemic applications, within an environment of trust, respect and integrity.

So far, we have trained almost 5.0000 business owners, reaching an ROI of more than 1,2 Billion reais of generated value. More than 55,000 people went through our short-term programs, which impacted directly and indirectly more than 1 million people.

She is a businesswoman, Director of the MBM Business School, São José do Rio Preto Unit and is a Master Coordinator of the MBM Program. She’s got a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Educator since 2008 from the Methodist University of Piracicaba. Camila has also an MBA in Strategic Business Management from INPG. She’s currently attending a Psychoanalysis course. Together with the chairman of the MBM group, she coordinates the MBM – Master Business & Management process, aimed at ENTREPRENEURS seeking high leadership skills, accumulating more than 2,500 hours of group coordination experience. She has an International Certification as an Alpha Analyst and Alpha Coach recognized by the Worth Ethic Corporation. She is Certified as a Personal & Professional Coach and Leader Coach by the Brazilian Coaching Society. She is an Executive & Business Coach, formed by the Brazilian Coaching Society, with international certification used to develop and improve leadership skills. Camila’s got a certificate in Xtreme Positive Coaching by the Brazilian Coaching Society. She has been trained as a Coach and Speaker by IFT directly by Professor Massaru Ogata. She’s also have more than 15-year experience in family-business management. She participated in “Unleash The Power Within” in San Jose (USA), taught by Robbins Research International and was certified by the Train the Trainer and Millionaire Mind Intensive courses, taught by T. Harv Eker International.

He is an entrepreneur, Director and Partner of MBM Business School, trainer of the HPL Program and CSM and MBM Seminars. He’s a Business Administrator, Post-Graduated in People Management by FAAP and, currently, an in-training psychoanalyst. Gino is certified as a Personal & Professional Coach by the Brazilian Coaching Institute (IBC) with international certifications from ECA (European Coaching Association) and GCC (Global Coaching Community). He was certified by the Train the Trainer course taught by Harv Eker International. He participated in “Date With Destiny” (DWD) in Boca Raton – Florida (USA), taught by Robbins Research International. He was trained as a Coach and Speaker by IFT directly by Professor Massaru Ogata. Having more than four thousand hours of group coordination experience, he works with the MBM Group Presidency to coordinate the MBM process, aimed at ENTREPRENEURS seeking high leadership skills, the HPL program – High Potentials Leadership, for the development of HIGH LEADERSHIP and the seminars CSM and Core Values, focused on the development of culture and HIGH PERFORMANCE OF TEAMS.

Partner at the renowned MBM Business School and Director of the ABC Paulista unit. He has a career that spans corporate education, linguistic proficiency, and business leadership. He serves as CEO of Hugle Education and Coordinator of the MBM Program.

His academic journey began with a degree in Management Processes from the University of Paraná. After spending time in London from 2001 to 2005, he obtained certifications from the University of Cambridge, including the prestigious CPE (Certificate of Proficiency in English).

Upon returning to Brazil, he delved into the world of entrepreneurship. Driven by his passion for learning and development, he trained as a Coach at IFT under the guidance of Professor Massaru Ogata. He stood out as the only Latin American speaker at the first Callan Conference in 2012, held in Cambridge, England.

Certified as a Franchisor by the Brazilian Franchising Association and as a Personal & Professional Coach by the Brazilian Society of Coaching for over ten years, he ventured into the literary field, publishing a book on entrepreneurship in 2020 that consolidates his extensive experiences as an entrepreneur and his business vision.

She is a psychologist and has wide experience in Clinical Psychology acquired during her 20 years attending psychotherapy, adults, adolescents and children using the Psychodynamic line, where she accumulated approximately one thousand patient clients, either from a private network and Unifesp.

She was a staff member at an Elementary School in the State of Wisconsin, United States. Marcia holds a Post-Graduate Degree from the Federal University of São Paulo and the Sedes Sapientiae Institute, and is the author of papers and scientific publications on Organizational Psychology and Executive Counseling.

She works in the air industry training area in Special Attendance Service to the VIP public and pilots, and follows up the MBM program groups providing psychological support and organizational advice. She is an Associate Consultant at MBM Business School.

She is a psychologist graduated by Puc Campinas, specializing in Psychopedagogy, and has accumulated more than 16 years of experience in clinical psychology serving children and their parents, adolescents and adults in private practice.

In the units of MBM Business School of Curitiba and São José do Rio Preto, accompanies the coordinators of the program and gives psychological support to the participating entrepreneurs.

Ana is a Master coach certified by the Brazilian Institute of Coaching (IBC), and works with individual and group work.

She is certified by the Train the Trainer and Millionaire Mind Intensive courses , taught by T. Harv Eker International.

She has worked for more than 7 years with oncology patient support groups, attending both patients and their families.
