The Core Values Statement Event was a program created with great affection to assist MBM students in the implementation of an organizational culture. It was born in an intense way and has become indispensable for almost all companies that have access to our management methods. It impacts directly on the behavior and soul of employees, generating transformative insights and understanding of the importance of belonging to the organization.
